Replacement Policy
We offer replacements within 3 to 5 days from the date of delivery for defective products only.
If you need to exchange the product for the same item, please send us an email at moraz01sales@gmail.com or use the contact information provided on the website.
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Any consumable item that has been used.
- Products with missing serial numbers.
- Damage caused by misuse of the product.
- Any product returned without the original packaging, accessories, including the box, and all other items originally included with the product.
